Ms. Boeren currently serves among others as member of the Executive Board of Van Lanschot Kempen, chairperson of the Management Board of Kempen & Co, and member of both
the non-executive Board of Directors of Air France-KLM and Tata Steel Netherlands’
Supervisory Board. From 2005 to 2016, she was a member of Robeco Groep’s
Management Board. In addition, she served as chair and CEO of Robeco
Institutional Asset Management since 2014 and fulfilled board positions with
several Robeco subsidiaries abroad. Prior to this, Ms. Boeren served in a
variety of executive roles at Euronext, Amsterdam Exchanges and Rabobank.

Mr. Teilhard de Chardin is founder and CEO of Advisors & Partners, a London-based investment
advisory firm focused on offering alternative investment solutions. He spent a significant part of his
professional life in derivatives trading and brokerage, ultimately leading to
the roles of Global Head of Prime Brokerage and Chairman of the Prime Brokerage
Board at Newedge Group,
Representative of ORIX Corporation. Appointed in December 2016.
currently serves as Executive Officer at ORIX Corporation. Over the course of the past 20 years, he fulfilled various executive roles within ORIX, in which he was among
others overseeing ORIX’s alternative investments, aviation and shipping
businesses, in both Asia and Europe.

Spanbroek serves as non-executive Director of Aquis
Exchange and as Vice Chairman of the Futures Industry Association’s
European Principal Traders Association. In addition, he served as Chairman of CME Europe from 2013 to 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Spanbroek served nine years as
Director of GETCO Europe and was a partner at GETCO. Before joining
GETCO, he spent 15 years at Dutch market making firm Van der
